Return Policy
Customers may initiate a return within 7 days of purchase. Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Customized items cannot be returned. Seng City accepts return requests for the following reasons:
- Exchange for a different size or color.
- Replacement of an incorrectly ordered item.
Please ensure to contact us via email at enquiry@sengcity.sg before proceeding with any exchange or return. Seng City will investigate your claim, which typically takes 3-5 working days. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning items.
Refund Policy
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and promptly notify you of the status of your refund request. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take up to 2 weeks to process, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies. If your return is not approved, Seng City Customer Support will contact you to arrange shipment of the damaged goods back to you. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with this return shipment.
