- Service Availability
2.1 Our site is intended solely for use by individuals, businesses, and companies residing in Singapore ("the Serviced Country"). We do not accept orders from individuals outside the Serviced Country.
- Your Status
3.1 By placing an order through our site, you confirm that:
3.1.1 You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
3.1.2 You are a resident of the Serviced Country.
- Formation of Contract
4.1 Upon placing an online order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order serves as an offer to purchase a product from us. All online orders are subject to our acceptance, which we confirm by email. The contract between us ("the Contract") is formed only when we dispatch the items to you.
4.2 Depending on stock availability, ordered items may be substituted with alternatives, subject to your confirmation. For items unable to be substituted, we will offer you the choice to cancel. Refunds will be issued if payment has already been processed.
4.3 All online orders are typically fulfilled within 5 business days unless otherwise specified, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
4.4 You are required to make full payment via your chosen payment method at checkout.
4.5 Due to manufacturing constraints, batches of goods may vary. If you are dissatisfied with any product, you may return it within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition, excluding pre-order products. Please refer to our return and refund policy for details.

5.1 We may include links on our site to other companies' websites, whether affiliated with us or not. We cannot guarantee the quality of products purchased from these linked websites.
- Price and Payment
6.1 The price of products on our site is as quoted, except in cases of obvious error.
6.2 Despite our best efforts, some product prices on our site may be incorrect. We will verify prices before dispatching the product. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount. If the correct price is higher, we may honor the lower (incorrect) price, contact you for instructions, or reject your order and notify you accordingly.
6.3 We are not obligated to provide products at an incorrect (lower) price after confirming your order via email.

7.1 We guarantee that products purchased from us through our site are of satisfactory quality.
7.2 Our liability for any product purchased via our site is limited to the purchase price of that product.
7.3 Unless otherwise stated, all product warranties are covered by the respective brand owners.

- Events Beyond our Control
9.1 We are not liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under a Contract due to events beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event").
9.2 A Force Majeure Event includes acts of God, governmental actions, war, terrorism, civil commotion, fire, natural disasters, and other unforeseeable circumstances.
9.3 During a Force Majeure Event, our obligations under the Contract are suspended, and we will seek to resolve the event to resume performance under the Contract.
- Waiver
10.1 Our failure to enforce strict performance of any of your obligations under the Contract or these Terms and Conditions does not waive our rights or remedies. Each waiver is specific and does not affect subsequent rights or remedies.
- Severability
11.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions or a Contract is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision will be severed, and the remaining terms, conditions, and provisions will remain valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Entire Agreement
12.1 These Terms and Conditions, along with any documents referred to, constitute the entire agreement between us concerning the subject matter of any Contract, replacing any prior agreements, understandings, or arrangements, whether oral or written.
12.2 Both parties acknowledge that in entering into a Contract, neither has relied on any representation, undertaking, or promise unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.
12.3 Neither party has any remedy for any untrue statement made by the other party, except for breach of contract as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions
13.1 We reserve the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
13.2 Orders placed by you will be subject to the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of ordering, unless a change is required by law or governmental authority, or we notify you of the change before confirming your order.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
14.1 Contracts for product purchases through our site are governed by Singaporean law. Any disputes related to these Contracts will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Singaporean courts.
